Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >=18 years old, healthy, regular sleep habits, sensitive sense of smell, and those with mild to moderate sleep disorders are preferred (6 points <= Pittsburgh Sleep Index Score <= 15 points); 2. Voluntarily join this research project, have understood the content, purpose, method, risk and benefit of the experiment, can cooperate with the experiment according to the requirements of the test protocol, and sign the informed consent form; 3. The experimental environment (the daily sleep environment of the recruited subjects) is clean and tidy, free of odor, and can cooperate with not using air-exchange equipment (air-purification equipment, etc.) during aroma inhalation, and without opening windows.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Disease history/health problems:Abnormal sense of smell caused by various problems;Allergy or intolerance to aromatics used in this research project;Suffering from chronic respiratory disease (asthma/chronic obstructive pulmonary emphysema/other) or other diseases that can be induced or aggravated by inhalation of aromatic substances;Currently or previously suffering from any form of physical disease (hypertension/hyperlipidemia/hyperglycemia/tumor/heart disease/kidney disease/other);Requiring medication, resorting to surgery, or using various medical instruments and devices (pacemaker/infusion device/other) for life support or treatment;Suffering from psychological or mental illness (depression/ organic mental disorder/ others). 2. Sleep-related conditions:Used medication that affects sleep (cold medicine/antidepressants/contraceptive pills/others) in the last 2 weeks;Have received other types of sleep treatment (hypnosis, etc.) in the last 2 weeks;Have taken drugs or supplements to promote sleep (sleeping pills/melatonin/proprietary Chinese medicines/others) within the last 1 month;Various sleep disorders caused by physical or psychological problems (pain/itching/nasal congestion/diarrhea/reaction to treatment or medication/others). 3. Life habits/events:Habitual use of scented products (perfume/air freshener/ambient aromatherapy/others);Smoking / alcoholism or hangover;Significant emotional changes in the last 3 months (change of family or friends/loss of love/others);Pregnancy/lactation/preparation for pregnancy/physical period of female subjects during the experiment;Participation in any other research experiment in the 3 months before and during the experiment.
