Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet the human donation standards of the National Developmental and Functional Human Brain Tissue Resource Bank and Alliance Units; (2) within 24 hours from death to collection; (3) Age> 18 years old, gender is not limited.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. There is a risk of damage or RNA degradation in the sample tissue; 2. It does not meet the quality control requirements of single-cell nuclear sequencing.
