Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients >=45 years old 2. Patients agreed to sign the informed consent 3. Patients with ASA I-IV 4. Studies that focused on non-cardiac elective surgery (operation time >2 hours, postoperative hospital duration >2 days).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who refuse to sign the informed consent. 2. Patients who take probiotics for a long time or take antibiotics within 1 month before surgery. 3. Patients with neurological complications including cerebral hemorrhage, cerebral infarction, brain tumor, Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, etc. 4. Patients with a history of mental illness. 5. Patients with preoperative cognitive dysfunction. 6. Patients who cannot communicate or lose to follow-up. 7. Patients with education of primary school or below.
