Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Vertebral artery origin stenosis confirmed by digital subtraction angiography (DSA), magnetic resonance angiography (MRA), or computed tomography angiography (CTA), with stenosis severity >=50%; 2) Age >=18 years; 3) Presence of symptoms (such as dizziness, fatigue, transient ischemic attacks [TIA], stroke-like symptoms, etc.) directly associated with the vertebral artery origin stenosis; 4) Complete clinical records available, including medical history, imaging findings, and laboratory results; 5) Patient willingness to participate in the clinical trial.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Cerebrovascular malformations, moyamoya disease, or similar conditions; 2) Acute intracerebral hemorrhage; 3) History of any surgery related to the vertebral artery or nervous system within the past month; 4) Coexisting severe cardiovascular or pulmonary diseases, liver or renal dysfunction; 5) Pregnant or breastfeeding women.
