Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women aged 18 or older, singleton pregnancies, with gestational age between 11+0 and 13+6 weeks at the time of visit, with normal NT results; 2. Fully informed and have signed an informed consent form; 3. According to the ACOG Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Management of Preeclampsia in Pregnancy (2018), have at least one risk factor for preeclampsia or two moderate risk factors; 4. According to the UK Pregnancy Foundation's early pregnancy formula, the risk of developing preeclampsia during pregnancy is greater than 1/100; 5. Pregnant women who plan to have prenatal care and delivery at our hospital.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Multiple pregnancies; 2. Starting to take aspirin after 17 weeks of pregnancy; 3. Aspirin adherence <80%; 4. Allergy or intolerance to aspirin; 5. Fetal malformations.
