Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Unilateral lung mass surgery: including lobectomy/segmental resection/wedge resection;Gender, age: 18-64 years old;American Association of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Grades: I-III;Preoperative lung function report results :FEV1>=1.2L or > 40% predictive value

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease history: such as coronary heart disease, angina pectoris, myocarditis, heart valve disease and other congenital heart disease, cerebral infarction history; A history of allergy to the drugs used in the study;There were significant neuropsychiatric disease and cognitive impairment before surgery. For patients with a significant increase in blood pressure that poses a serious risk (e.g., aortic dissection);Preoperative ECG showed heart rate (HR) > 120 beats/min;Systolic blood pressure (SBP) > 180 mmHg or diastolic blood pressure (DBP) > 110 mmHg;Abnormal liver and kidney function: Abnormal liver function is defined as aspartate aminotransferase (AST) and/or alanine aminotransferase (ALT) levels exceeding 1.5 times the upper normal limit, and abnormal kidney function is defined as serum creatinine (Cr) >= 1.5 times the upper normal limit.
