Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >=18 years; 2.Scheduled for general anesthesia undergoing laparoscopic radical surgery for gastric cancer or colorectal cancer with an expected duration of 2 hours or longer; 3.ASA classification of 2 to 3;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Allergy to study drugs such as remimazolam or sevoflurane; 2.Pre-existing cognitive impairment; 3.Severe hearing impairment; 4.History of mental illness or long-term use of sedative or antidepressant medications; 5.Presence of severe organic diseases, such as liver or kidney dysfunction; 6.BMI >35 kg/m²; 7.Deemed unsuitable for participation in the study by the researcher;
