Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Clinically diagnosed with primary non-small cell lung cancer; 2.Undergoing video-assisted thoracoscopic lung resection; 3.Age >= 60 years; 4.No reading or writing disabilities, able to complete questionnaires independently; 5.Informed consent and voluntary participation in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Receiving preoperative radiotherapy or chemotherapy; 2. Having cognitive impairment or mental illness; 3. Concurrent with other malignant tumors requiring treatment or severe organ dysfunction.
