Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Permanent residents in the survey sites (resident time >=6 months within a year) 2) Adults aged 18 years or above 3) Volunteered to participate in the program and signed informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Unable to complete the baseline survey and follow-ups due to physical or mental disease or other reasons 2) Those who refused to participate in the program.
