Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with rare tumors with definite clinical or pathological diagnosis, such as gastrointestinal stromal tumors; The clinical criteria are as follows: a. Patients with rare tumors who can be clinically evaluated for R0 surgery by neoadjuvant therapy/conversion therapy; b. Patients with advanced rare tumors; 2.Age >=18 years; 3.ECOG score <=2 points or ECOG score 3-4 points due to tumor progression; 4.Survival is expected to exceed 3 months; 5.Samples such as surgical, biopsy tissue or malignant effusion can be obtained; 6.Patients volunteered to join the study and signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.With active tuberculosis (TB); 2.Previous tissue/organ transplants; 3.Pregnant or lactating women; 4.Exclusion criteria are not listed for patients who are considered unsuitable for participation in this clinical study.
