Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Visits between December 1, 2019 and December 31, 2022; 2.Histopathological diagnosis of gynecological tumor; 3.prophylactic use of PEG-rhG-CSF; 4.Received at least 2 cycles of chemotherapy regimen treatment; 5.WBC =3.0×109/L or ANC=1.5×109/L before the first cycle of chemotherapy; 6.Age = 18 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with other primary cancers within the last 5 years; 2. Patients with tumor invasion of bone marrow; 3. Patients who have received whole-body bone radiotherapy within 15 days prior to the first dose of PEG-rhG-CSF; 4. Severely infected people.
