Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Osteonecrosis of the femoral head was diagnosed by bilateral positive and lateral X-rays of the hip joints, CT of both hip joints, and MRI of both hip joints, and was presented in stage ? to stage IV of the International Study of Bone Circulation (ARCO). 2. Age: 18-60 years old, gender unlimited; 3. The joint has not collapsed or collapsed <2mm; 4. You can walk 200 meters without crutches; 5.Retrospective study inclusion criteria: All populations measured by the Right Gait&Posture system from July 2024 to December 2024.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with combined fracture; 2. Femoral head cartilage collapse >2mm, septicemic arthritis, rapid breaking arthritis; 3. Patients in immunosuppressive state or taking immunosuppressive drugs; 4. Patients with severe cardiac, liver and renal insufficiency; 5. Unable to walk independently; 6. Uncooperative and medically determined ineligible.
