Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients aged >=40 years undergoing colonoscopy. 2.Patients must be capable of providing written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with inflammatory bowel disease, colorectal cancer, history of colorectal surgery, or contraindications to biopsy 2. Patients who did not reach the cecum and had a high suspicion of familial adenomatous polyposis, inflammatory bowel disease, and colorectal cancer 3. Patients with difficulty entering the lens (defined as > 7 minutes at the time of first insertion)
