Subcutaneous granulomas in the face

Interventions

Experimental group:The subcutaneous granulomas on one side of the face were treated with medicine injection guided by the existing ultrasound instrument (Philips EPIQ7) at 15 MHz in the hospital.
Control group:There is no ultrasound guidance on the other side of the face, and medication is directly injected into the subcutaneous granuloma on the face.

18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with subcutaneous foreign body granulomas after injection of fillers in the same part on both sides of the face. 2. Patients who voluntarily accept treatment and cooperate with follow-up. 3.18<=Patient age<=65, no underlying diseases, able to score clearly according to the rating scale, good language skills, able to clearly express treatment satisfaction, and have the ability to act and sign informed consent patients

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a history of active infection or viral infection in the treatment area 2. Patients with active medical diseases 3. Patients who are using anticoagulant drugs and antiplatelet drugs 4. Patients who are unable to score clearly according to the rating scale, language or thinking disorders
