Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Voluntarily sign the informed consent form; Aged >= 60 years; ASA classification I~III; BMI 18.5~27.9 kg/m^2; Scheduled for arterial pressure measurement via puncture; Scheduled for single-lumen tube general anesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Difficult airway or failure of first attempt at intubation; Currently using benzodiazepines or history of benzodiazepine allergy; Currently using opioids or other analgesics; Poorly controlled hypertension (SBP > 160 mmHg); History of ischemic heart disease; HR < 55 bpm; History of stroke; Severe liver, kidney, or lung diseases.
