Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Inpatients aged over 60 (2) Hospitalization duration exceeding 3 days (3) Able to communicate normally (4) Provide informed consent and voluntarily participate in this study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Long-term bed confinement (2) Presence of cognitive dysfunction
