45 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients scheduled for elective unilateral total knee arthroplasty. (2) Patients aged between 45 to 75 years old, ASA I-III, BMI between 18 to 30 kg/m², with no gender restriction. (3) Voluntary participation with signed informed consent. (4) Patients with well-controlled blood pressure and blood glucose, with blood pressure <=140/90 mmHg and fasting blood glucose <=6.9 mmol/L. (5) Patients transferred to a general ward after surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with severe hypertension (resting systolic/diastolic blood pressure exceeding 180/100 mmHg), intracranial space-occupying lesions or intracranial hypertension; those with brain injury, stroke, or cerebral hemorrhage recently; those with a history of angina, myocardial infarction, or heart failure; those with severe organ dysfunction; those with glaucoma or hyperthyroidism. (2) Patients with mental or neurological disorders, cognitive or language dysfunction. Those with low educational levels, or inability to cooperate with follow-up. (3) Patients with a history of chronic pain. (4) Patients with a history of long-term use of analgesics, anxiolytics, sedatives, or other drug abuse or dependence. (5) Patients with a history of abnormal recovery from surgery or anesthesia.
