Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Age>=60 years; (2) The estimated ICU treatment time and invasive mechanical ventilation time were >=48 hours. (3) muscle strength>=grade 2; (4) meet the criteria of baseline functional independence (Barthel index score 2 weeks before admission>=60 points); (5) Informed consent of subjects and their families was obtained.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Diagnosed with dementia, delirium, or acute mental illness at the time of admission; (2) Those who are unable to communicate due to cognitive impairment, hearing impairment, speech impairment and other factors; (3) Special diseases that restrict activities, such as unstable fractures, spinal cord injuries, active bleeding of the digestive tract, increased intracranial pressure, etc.; and (4) has been included in other clinical trials.
