one:1. Drug therapy: including but not limited to corticosteroids, immunosuppressants, rituximab, thrombopoietin, etc.
two:Plasma exchange (PEX): For patients with refractory ITP, plasma exchange is a common treatment method.
three:Exploration of new therapies, such as the use of Caplacizumab (a nanobody against von Willebrand factor).

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed with ITP, regardless of age or gender, willing to participate in the study and sign an informed consent form.
