Inclusion criteria: 1. Registered nurse and on duty; 2. Engaged in nursing work for >=1 year; 3. Informed consent and voluntary participation in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Going out to study nurses; 2.Nurses who are on sick leave or maternity leave for a long time; 3.Non-nurses, such as interns, students, interns, etc.
