18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Thoracoscopic mediastinal tumor resection via anterolateral approachn, using 3 ports; 2. The age of the patient is 18-65 years old; 3. ASA grade I-III.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Mental illness 2.Inability to cooperate or communicate in Chinese 3.Chronic pain, using any pain medications 4.Poorly controlled hypertension (baseline blood pressure >160/100 mmHg), taking ACE inhibitors (Angiotensin-Converting Enzyme Inhibitors) or ARBs (Angiotensin Receptor Blockers) 5.Chest wall neuropathy 6.Renal failure 7.Myocardial ischemia 8.Cerebral infarction 9.Liver injury 10.Active gastric ulcer 11.Contraindications to regional anesthesia (coagulopathy, local infection at the block site, and/or allergy to local anesthetics) 12.Pregnancy 13.Participation in other clinical trials
