Control group:The patient was treated with 1:20 Eric diluent postage stamp method once a day
Treatment group:The patients skin was changed once a day with sterilized Vaseline gauze combined with mupirocin

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed with pemphigus vulgaris; 2.Aged between 18 and 65 years; 3. Gave informed consent to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with skin lesions that are infected by special pathogens, such as multidrug-resistant bacteria; 2.Patients with other serious systemic diseases, such as malignant tumors; 3.Patients who also have other skin diseases; 4. Pregnant or breastfeeding women.

Healing speed of skin lesions in patients with pemphigus vulgaris;Infection rate of skin lesions in patients with pemphigus vulgaris;Skin healing, wound bacterial culture results, skin pain score during hospitalization, treatment cost, antibiotic type, antibiotic duration, dressing change times, and length of stay were obtained after hospitalization for one week, two weeks, three weeks, and after discharge;
