18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age over 18 2. ASA classification I-III 3. Elective surgery under general anesthesia at our hospital 4. Agrees to and signs the informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Emergency surgery or planned postoperative intubation 2. Patients with severe visual or auditory impairments, or illiteracy, unable to complete postoperative assessments 3. Patients unwilling to complete assessments at 3 and 12 months post-surgery 4. Clinically significant Parkinson's disease or severe mental disorders such as bipolar disorder, major depression, epilepsy, schizophrenia, or dementia 5. ASA classification IV-V 6. Serious cardiovascular, respiratory, liver, kidney, and central nervous system diseases 7. Recently taking sedatives, antidepressants, or corticosteroids 8. Alcohol abuse and drug dependence 9. Refusal or participation in other studies, unable to participate in this study
