50 Years to 85 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) 50 years old <85 years old ; 2) Clear diagnosis of herpes zoster ; 3) No complications such as myocarditis, encephalitis or acute myocardial infarction; 4) Visual analogue scale score of 40mm or above.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Refusal to participate in research or to provide written informed consent ; 2) Being pregnant or breastfeeding ; 3) Raw score of more than 50 on the Depression Self-Assessment Scale ; 4) Herpes zoster combined with intracranial infection ; 5) Significant hepatic, renal or immune dysfunction ; 6) Vaccination against herpes zoster virus ; 7) Nucleoside (acyclovir, vasiclovir, etc.), nucleoside analogs (brivudine, etc.), non-nucleoside (sodium phosphonate, etc.) drug allergy ; (8) Received immunosuppressive therapy or nerve root injections prior to an acute herpes zoster attack.
