Experimental group:The experimental group listened to the recorded psychological intervention audio once a day in their spare time for 2 weeks, about 20 minutes each time.
Control group:The control group received no intervention except participating in daily school activities.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Study 1, Cross-sectional study: voluntary participants from secondary vocational schools in Beijing. The sample size was 1000. Study 2, Longitudinal Study: Participants in Study 1 volunteered to participate in the longitudinal study. The sample size was 400. Study 3, Intervention study: Students with higher levels of hostility (higher than the mean score of the study sample) and lower levels of school adjustment (lower than the mean score of the study sample), and voluntary participants with guardian consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria for the three studies: Students with serious physical or mental illness.
