Hydrogen-rich gas first group:Phase 1 - Inhalation of hydrogen-enriched gas for 60 minutes
Phase 2 - Inhalation of air for 60 minutes.
Air first group:Phase 1 - Inhalation of air for 60 minutes
Phase 2 - Inhalation of hydrogen-enriched gas for 60 minutes.

18 Years to 24 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: A training habit (including resistance training) of at least 2 hours per day, 3 days per week, and the ability to perform high-intensity power cycling (at least 10 minutes of continuous cycling at 150 w) for at least 3 months prior to the trial.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: There was no history of lower extremity injuries within 6 months prior to the experiment, no cardiovascular, respiratory, or endocrine diseases, no smoking, and no medications.
