Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patient's inclusion criteria:1. patients aged above 18 years; 2. Patients who stayed in ICU for more than 24h and whose vital signs were basically stable receiving mechanical ventilation; 3. Have basic reading and language communication skills; 4. Clear awareness, voluntary participation in this study. The inclusion criteria of family members: 1. age above 18 years old; 2. Bear the main responsibility of caring for patients; 3. Have basic reading and language communication skills; 4. Clear awareness, voluntary participation in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patient's exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are expected to stay in ICU for less than 1 week, or who are transferred or discharged midway; 2. Patients whose condition worsened during the intervention; 3. He has a history of mental illness. The exclusion criteria of family members: 1. Participated in other psychological interventions; 2. He has a history of mental illness.
