Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients undergoing general anesthesia for non-cardiac and non-neurosurgical procedures, including major thoracic, orthopedic, urological, and abdominal surgeries, with operative duration greater than 3 hours; Age 65~85 years old; Communication barrier and willingness to complete neuropsychological tests. 2.Age 65~85 years old; 3.Communication barrier and willingness to complete neuropsychological tests.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Pre-existing dementia, major depression, or other severe neuropsychiatric disorder; 2.A history of severe head trauma; 3.Emergency surgery; 4.Severe cardiac, lung, liver and kidney dysfunction; 5.Lack of normal communication skills; 6.Patients with incomplete intraoperative blood glucose measurement; 7.Plan postoperative intubation; 8.Declined to participate in the study;
