Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. All the children met the diagnostic criteria for PNS in the Evidence-based Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Hormone-Sensitive, Relapsed/Dependent Nephrotic Syndrome in Children (2016) formulated by the Nephrology Group of the Pediatrics Branch of the Chinese Medical Association, and were diagnosed as primary nephrotic syndrome, excluding secondary nephrotic syndrome; 2. Good compliance and consent to this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. diabetes, thyroid disease, immune system disease; 2. Patients with mental disorders; 3. Patients with allergic purpura, systemic lupus erythematosus, viral hepatitis, etc., may induce secondary nephrotic syndrome; 4. Those who do not meet the inclusion criteria or have incomplete data; 5. Unwilling to cooperate with the investigator.
