Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All consecutive adult diabetic patients with TP-PB were included in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Puncture is prohibited if there is a serious bleeding tendency; 2) Patients with acute prostatitis and severe medical diseases in the past; 3) patients with a history of UTI recurrence or documented UTI are excluded; 4) Failure to sign informed consent; 5) Patients lacking the necessary clinical data.
