Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The inclusion criteria for patients with pancreatic cancer with a genetic background were: patients meeting any of the following criteria (1) - (3) and (4) (1) patients with a history of other malignant tumors (2) The patient's immediate relatives and collateral relatives within three generations have pancreatic cancer, colorectal cancer, ovarian cancer, endometrial cancer, and breast cancer. (3)The diagnosis of pancreatic cancer was earlier than 50 years old (4) In patients who underwent surgical resection of the primary pancreatic lesion, the pathological report was pancreatic adenocarcinoma or pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma. If only biopsy was performed without resection of the primary pancreatic site, the pathology was at least adenocarcinoma. For patients without surgical resection, biopsy pathology shows at least cancer cells, adenocarcinoma, etc. Patients with IPMN, MCN, MiNEN, adenosquamous carcinoma, acinar cell carcinoma, pancreatic blastoma and other pancreatic pathological types were not included in this study. The inclusion criteria for pancreatic cancer patients without genetic background were: patients who met (4) above, but did not meet either (1) - (3).
