Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Quantitative study: obtained the nurse qualification certificate and engaged in nursing related work in the operating room for more than 1 year; They voluntarily participated in the study and signed the informed consent form. Qualitative research: obtained the nurse qualification certificate and engaged in nursing related work in the operating room for more than 1 year; They had participated in safety education in the past and could express and describe their feelings well. They voluntarily participated in the study and signed the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Quantitative study: Practice nurses, training nurses, and employed nurses who withdrew from the study due to personal reasons during the study period. Qualitative research: Nurses on leave during internship, rotation, advanced study or research.
