Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) The employment time > 3 months and<=3 years; (2) Obtain the nurse practice qualification certificate of the People's Republic of China and be on the job; (3) Can be independently responsible for medication nursing tasks.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Non-regular employees; (2) Newly recruited nurses with > 3 years of work experience; (3) Are participating in or have participated in relevant safety training and intervention projects within one month.
