Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Inclusion Criteria for SCP Children: (1) Children aged 4 to 14 years with SCP; (2) Conventional MRI findings showing periventricular white matter damage, including: Periventricular white matter hyperintensity; Reduction in periventricular white matter volume; Enlargement of the lateral ventricles. 2. Inclusion Criteria for the Control Group: (1) Full-term children (37-42 weeks gestation), aged 4 to 14 years; (2) No abnormalities observed in conventional MRI scans.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Exclusion Criteria for SCP Children: (1) History of other neuropsychiatric disorders; (2) Incomplete clinical data; (3)Significant MRI artifacts that impair image analysis. 2. Exclusion Criteria for the Control Group: (1) History of other neuropsychiatric disorders; (2) Significant MRI artifacts that impair image analysis.
