Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) United States College of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grade I.~III 2) Surgery for lower limb amputation patients with bone tumors 3) Age 18-65 years old 4) BMI:18-26 kg/m2
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with mental illness or unable to cooperate with patients, and patients refuse 2) There is infection in the operating area 3) Local anesthetic allergy 4) Patients with coagulation dysfunction 5) Distant metastasis of the tumor
