Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. It conforms to the WHO diagnostic criteria and classification of diabetes in 1999. (Fasting blood glucose >= 7.0mmol/L or OGTT 2h blood glucose >= 11.1.0mmol/L or diabetes symptoms plus random blood glucose >= 11.1.0mmol/L); 2. Meets the diagnostic criteria for primary osteoporosis; 3. 18 years old = 18.5kg/m^2;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with hypertension, malignant tumors, lung diseases, polycystic ovary syndrome, and autoimmune diseases; 2. Merge other diseases that affect glucose metabolism, such as hyperthyroidism, acromegaly, and Cushing's syndrome; 3. Individuals with severe liver and kidney diseases, anemia, and malnutrition; 4. Pregnant and lactating women; 5. Other special types of diabetes and those who are definitely diagnosed as secondary osteoporosis; 6. Alcoholics.
