Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: One hundred patients with mild cognitive impairment who underwent thoracoscopic lobectomy under general anesthesia in our hospital were selected, aged 65-5 years, with a body mass index of 18.5-23.9 kg/m2, and ASA I/II. Before the operation, had reduced memory and forgetfulness, with MoCA scores of 15-24 and MMSE scores of =27 (17-27 illiterates, 20-27 for those with =6 years of education, and 24-27 for those with >6 years education).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Preoperative neurodegenerative diseases that affect cognitive function (eg, vascular dementia), severe hepatic and renal insufficiency, cardiopulmonary insufficiency, history of autoimmune diseases, recent use of sedatives, antidepressants, or immunosuppressive drugs, history of head injury and alcohol abuse, visual and hearing impairment.
