18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) The age is 18~65 years old. 2) ASA I~II 3) BMI18.5~25kg/m2 4) Mallampati I~II 5) Thyroid or parathyroid surgery using IONM technology according to clinical needs.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) The patient refused to participate in the study or refused to provide blood samples. 2) Patients with difficult airway or suspected difficult airway (Mahalanobis scale is greater than Grade II) or repeated intubation. 3) History of propofol allergy or muscle relaxant allergy. 4) mental illness can't cooperate, and the history of taking sedatives for a long time. 5) History of asthma 6) Suffering from neuromuscular diseases 7) ECG before operation indicates slow arrhythmia. 8) Preoperative hypertension was not effectively controlled (>=140/90mmHg) 9) Other circumstances that the researcher thinks are not suitable for participation.
