18 Years to 75 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age 18-75 years old, gender unlimited; 2.Hepatocellular carcinoma confirmed by histopathology or cytology or clinical diagnosis; 3.Transcatheter hepatic arterial chemoembolization was planned within 2 weeks after enrollmen; 4.If the platelet count is < 50×10^9/L, the washout period is 2 weeks if other platelet enhancing drugs have been used; 5.Liver function Child-Pugh grade A or B; 6.Understand the study procedure and sign the informed consent in person;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients after liver transplantation or splenectomy; 2.Patients with hepatic encephalopathy; 3.Patients with uncontrolled abdominal fluid accumulation; 4.Portal vein thrombosismbosis; 5.Comorbid hematologic diseases; 6.Poor response to TPO receptor agonists is known; 7.Other conditions deemed unsuitable for inclusion by the researchers;
