18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.above 18 years old and below 80 years old ; 2.Protective ileostomy was performed after rectal cancer resection ; 3.The complete healing of anal anastomosis was proved by endoscopy or radiology before stoma closure. 4.Communication, intelligence, self-care ability and other support to complete the lavage operation independently ; 5.Sign the written informed consent of clinical trials.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.There was tumor recurrence or distant metastasis after operation, and the estimated survival time was less than 3 months. 2.Postoperative complications such as anastomotic leakage and anastomotic stenosis ; 3.postoperative recurrent intestinal obstruction, or other causes can not be regular eating general food ; 4.Pelvic surgery and / or anal sphincter injury, anal deformity, anal or colorectal stenosis, ischemic colitis, inflammatory bowel disease or other diseases leading to anorectal dysfunction before operation ; 5.combined with severe heart, lung, kidney and other systemic diseases ; 6.Hematopoietic systemic diseases such as coagulation dysfunction ; 7.is participating in other clinical trials.
