Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: Adults between 18 and 65 years old 2. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) classification I-II 3. Plan to undergo elective gallbladder surgery without severe acute illness or other emergency procedures 4. BMI (Body Mass Index) between 18-30 5. No known brain diseases (such as epilepsy, traumatic brain injury, brain tumors, etc.), mental illnesses, or cognitive impairments 6. Do not use long-term or drugs that affect brain electrical activity (such as antiepileptic drugs, sedatives, antidepressants, etc.), and have not taken relevant drugs within the two weeks before surgery 7. The patient understands and agrees to participate in this study, and signs an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Major health problems: serious diseases of heart, liver, kidney and other important organs, or serious systemic diseases (such as diabetes, severe hypertension, etc.) 2. Brain diseases: Previous history of traumatic brain injury or severe brain diseases (such as epilepsy, stroke, brain tumors, cognitive impairment, etc.) 3. Mental illness: Diagnosed as a serious mental disorder, such as schizophrenia, severe depression, etc., unable to participate in the study 4. Use drugs that may affect brain electrical activity (such as long-term use of antiepileptic drugs, antidepressants, sedatives, etc.) 5. Acute illness or emergency surgery 6. History of severe allergies to anesthetic drugs or other factors affecting anesthesia safety 7. Pregnant or lactating women may have potential safety concerns due to anesthesia drugs and research design 8. The patient is unable to understand and sign the informed consent form due to language barriers, cognitive impairments, or other reasons, or is unable to complete the relevant EEG data collection and monitoring
