Experimental group:All subjects in this group received 14-28 days of remote rehabilitation training before pneumonectomy.
Control group:All subjects in this group received routine nursing for 14-28 daysbefore pneumonectomy.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age>=65 years old; (2) Patients who are to undergo pneumonectomy after clinical assessment and imaging examination, and know their condition; (3) Those who have not undergone chemoradiotherapy before surgery; (4) Have basic text reading ability, be able to surf the Internet and use social software such as WeChat; (5) Informed consent and voluntary participation in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) the cancer has metastasized; (2) Severe heart disease (NYHA cardiac function >=III.), one-year myocardial infarction or uncontrolled hypertension; (3) pulmonary hypertension; (4) Those who are unable to cooperate with severe motor disorders, cognitive impairments, etc.; (5) Participated in an exercise program within the past three months.
