Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with chronic upper gastrointestinal airway fistula who received double umbrella or mushroom shaped occluder treatment in the Gastroenterology Department of Jiangsu Provincial People's Hospital from September 1, 2020 to June 31, 2024.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with follow-up time less than 6 months or missing key clinical data.
