Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: POR patients: Number of oocytes retrieved =5, AMH >=1.2 µg/L), POR-2: Age = 35 years, good ovarian reserve (AFC >=5, AMH>= 1.2 µg/L), POR-3: Age < 35 years, poor ovarian reserve (AFC < 5, AMH < 1.2 µg/L). POR-4: Age = 35 years, poor ovarian reserve (AFC < 5, AMH < 1.2 µg/L). Control group: Inclusion criteria 1. number of oocytes retrieved 10-15; 2. age: < 35 years old; 3. BMI < 25.0 kg/m2; 4. did not meet the subject exclusion criteria.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria : 1. BMI > 25 kg/m2; 2. The expulsion promoting regimen is natural cycle, luteal phase expulsion promoting regimen, PPOS expulsion promoting regimen; 3. Assisted pregnancy mode: PGT; 4. Immune diseases, endometriosis, PCOS and other diseases affecting immune indicators; 5. Patients with uterine malformations; 6. Patients with recurrent miscarriage; 7. Use of growth hormone during expulsion promoting or before expulsion promoting.
