20 Years to 55 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meets the treatment criteria for laparoscopic total hysterectomy; 2. Age 20-55 years old, ASA grade I-III, BMI 18-28 kg/m^2; 3. Complete clinical data and voluntary participation in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Malignant tumor patients; 2. Patients with severe functional disorders of important organs such as the heart, brain, and kidneys; 3. Patients with preoperative mental dysfunction; 4. Individuals with a history of psychotropic drugs, opioid drugs, and alcohol dependence; 5. Individuals who are allergic to esketamine and have contraindications for the use of esketamine.
