19 Years to 21 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) BMI > 28; 2) Non-sports major students; 3) The dominant hand is right-handed, and the vision or corrected vision is normal; 4) Physical Activity Scale (IPAQ) measures normal physical activity participation in the past 7 days (< 600METs); 5) Normal blood pressure, no heart disease, respiratory disease, diabetes, metabolic system disease and limb movement disorders.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: People with heart disease, thyroid secretion disorders, respiratory diseases, diabetes, metabolic disorders, limb movement disorders, and taking medications such as thyroid hormones, antihistamines, and certain antidepressants, and not having enough time for any of these were excluded.
