Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosis of DCM, the diagnostic criteria are bilateral or unilateral ventricular enlargement, and the left ventricular ejection fraction is =18 years.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Death in the hospital. 2. Presence of any disease that, in the opinion of the investigator, results in a life expectancy of < 1 year, other than cardiac disease. 3. Inability to comply with the study evaluation schedule for follow-up, or inappropriate for the trial based on the clinical judgment of the investigator. 4. Chronic kidney disease requires long-term renal replacement therapy.
