Index test:LASSO analysis was used to screen for clinical features and laboratory markers relevant to the diagnosis of IM and to establish a model and model calculation formulas, which calculate risk

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for the leaflet group: the patient visited our hospital for the first time and did not receive any treatment before blood drawing; The patient has complete clinical data and meets the diagnostic criteria for infectious mononucleosis; Age less than 18 years. Control group inclusion criteria: Patient does not have diagnostic criteria for infectious mononucleosis and other diseases caused by EBV; Age less than 18 years.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Leaflet group exclusion criteria: patients with congenital malformations, other diseases not caused by EBV before presentation; Received other treatments prior to presentation; Age greater than 18 years. Control group exclusion criteria: Patient with disease caused by EBV; Received other treatments prior to presentation; Age greater than 18 years.
