Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The inclusion criteria for the experimental group and control group are: (1) uniform body shape at birth, normal length and weight. (2) Having a height lower than 2 standard deviations or below the 300th percentile for normal children of the same age group, gender, and region. (3) Normal or delayed bone age. (4) Exclude systemic diseases such as endocrine, chromosomal, and nutritional disorders. (5) The annual growth rate is less than 5 centimeters. (6) The age range is between 8 and 11 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Ankle or knee injuries. (2) Individuals who cannot participate in moderate intensity physical exercise. (3) Individuals receiving other medication treatments. (4) Non resident students. (5) Individuals with other chronic diseases.
