Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients and their families are informed and willing to participate in the study and sign the informed consent form; 2. Patients undergoing elective or emergency open reduction and internal fixation for midshaft clavicular fractures; 3. ASA I-III, aged 18-75 years, gender unlimited.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients and their families refused to participate in the study; (2) Refusal of brachial plexus block; (3) Coagulation dysfunction; (4) peripheral neuropathy; (5) allergy to local anesthetics; (6) puncture site infection; (7) Severe pulmonary disease: preoperative oxygen therapy or non-invasive ventilation, or exercise tolerance =III, or left heart Ventricular ejection fraction =2mg/dL; (10) severe liver dysfunction (Child-Turcotte-Pugh score > 9); (11) history of mental disorders; (12) pregnancy or lactation; (13) Morbid obesity (BMI>=35kg/m^2).
